AARO’s newest report says its holdings reached 1,870 reports by May 30, 2025. It received 319 reports in the covered period, resolved 114 of those, and also resolved 256 older cases—370 resolutions in total. A new modeling capability resolved 238 reports as satellite flaring. Of the 319 incoming cases, 191 moved to the active archive for insufficient data and nine merited further specialist analysis. All resolved cases were attributed to prosaic objects or events; AARO reported no evidence that government or private entities had captured UAP-derived materials.

The 238 satellite-flare resolutions are not boring cleanup. They show how one reusable model can recover attention for the nine cases that genuinely deserve deeper expertise.

The unresolved remainder must stay precisely labeled. “Insufficient data,” “further analysis,” and “no anomalous performance” are different destinations, not synonyms for alien craft.
