Why Do Jets Come from Around a Black Hole?

How do magnetic fields and rotating plasma launch jets without material escaping from inside the horizon?

You kept the event horizon one-way, connected rotating plasma and magnetic fields to a bipolar outflow, defined collimation, and separated observed radiation from a model-drawn magnetic funnel.

A side-on artistic reconstruction of a luminous accretion disk around a black hole with two narrow blue plasma jets extending in opposite directions.
Vastward artistic reconstruction. The disk, magnetic launch region, and bipolar jets are outside the event horizon; this generated image is not a direct photograph or a scale drawing.
