What is free, what membership unlocks, and what happens when billing changes.
01Can I begin without an astronomy background?
Yes. Journey 01 begins with scale, gravity, motion, and orbit. New scientific terms are introduced only after the underlying idea has been explained clearly.
02What can I study with a Free account?
Free includes Journey 01 in full, the first module of every later route, and saved learning progress and personal reflections.
03What does Vastward Member unlock?
Membership unlocks every published Journey and deep Course, including their interactive labs and capstone projects. Public Atlas and UAP exploration remain open to everyone.
04Do Monthly and Yearly unlock different content?
No. Both unlock the same Vastward Member access. Monthly is US$9.90 per month; Yearly is US$89 paid once a year, saving about 25% compared with twelve monthly payments.
05Can I cancel my membership?
When Stripe billing opens, you will be able to stop automatic renewal. Member access will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for.
06Are membership payments refundable?
Except where required by applicable law, paid membership fees are non-refundable. Please confirm the plan and billing period before purchase. Canceling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.
07What happens to my learning records after cancellation?
Your account, free learning progress, saved answers, and personal reflections remain. Member Lessons become locked again, and access resumes from the same place if you subscribe later.
